He has approaching two decades of residential surveying and property inspection experience, with extensive knowledge of building pathology, defect diagnosis, dampness, roof condition, structural movement indicators, insurance-related building damage and general property condition assessment. His background includes a wide range of residential and commercial inspection work, including property condition surveys, damp and timber assessments, roof inspections, subsidence-related surveys, insurance claim validation, contractor auditing, schedules of work and site quality monitoring. This practical experience gives him a strong understanding of how buildings are constructed, how defects develop and how condition issues should be investigated and reported. Through Anslow Building Surveyors Limited, Christopher specialises in residential property surveys, with a particular focus on Level 2 Home Surveys and Level 3 Building Surveys. He also provides specialist property defect inspections, buy-to-let property surveys, pre-completion snagging surveys and other tailored inspection services where required. His reports are designed to provide clear, practical and proportionate advice, helping clients understand property condition, visible defects, risks and recommended next steps before purchase.
